# Reference data

> Read the supported currencies, countries and payment methods.

These three routes accept either a partner secret or a customer session.

## Currencies

[`GET /v1/currencies`](https://docs.getsinbad.com/api-reference/reference-data/list-currencies) returns only the currencies that Sinbad has enabled. The `blocked` field shows whether your partner has restricted a currency.

## Countries

[`GET /v1/countries`](https://docs.getsinbad.com/api-reference/reference-data/list-countries) returns each country's `allowed` value and `blockedBy`, which shows whether Sinbad's global policy, your partner policy or both apply.

## Payment method catalog

Read `requiredFields` from [`GET /v1/payment-methods/catalog`](https://docs.getsinbad.com/api-reference/reference-data/list-payment-method-catalog) before you build an account form, and use [`GET /v1/payment-methods/catalog/{paymentMethodId}/currencies`](https://docs.getsinbad.com/api-reference/reference-data/list-payment-method-currencies) to see which currencies each method supports. Keep catalog IDs and saved-account IDs distinct. See [Saved payment accounts](/payment-accounts).
